What is a garden tour you ask?

Home owners open their private gardens for you to stroll through.  An opportunity to see how others garden and get new ideas to use in your own garden. The proceeds help fund the downtown hanging baskets.

This year’s tour offers 6 rural gardens.
The tours are self-guided and you may visit in any order.

Watch a local artist at work in the garden.  Some art  work will be available for purchase.

As a courtesy to the home owners please do not ask to use any facilities. Nearby restrooms are listed in the program that is included with your ticket.

Bring your own water.. Hope you can get out to enjoy the lovely gardens

In addition to the gardens this year there will be plein air artists and a musician.

The Roaming Artists of Camano Island are a group of artists dedicated to painting on location (en plein air).  Based on Camano Island, this is the first year the Roaming Artists have participated in the Snohomish Garden Tour.  Whether working outdoors or from the field studies in the studio, the Roaming Artists explore and respond to the timeless beauty that surrounds us all - from the beaches, to flowers and barns.  Their paintings show individual style and techniques in various mediums.  The artists meet twice a week at different locations throughout the summer to paint.

At Garden #6, please enjoy the live music by Javier Anderson from 1-4pm.  Javier is a Seattle-based singer, songwriter, guitarist, & recording artist performing solo sets of Bossa Nova and Latin-flavored original compositions
